Though Zoe appeared physically fine, she remained spiritually drained from her mostly failed attempts to heal the possessed children. She was discouraged by her packmates having to depend on Lune Stalker for their theurge needs lately.
Zoe smiled half-heartedly at Kefka. "We may not always agree, but I am always willing to help my packmates in whatever way I can."
She glanced at his still-wounded shoulder and sighed. "I'm sorry I wasn't able to heal you...or the children...or Penelope...or Rends when he was shot with the cannon..." She shook her head. "This theurge business is more difficult than Lune Stalker let on when she first trained me."
Zoe waved her hand dismissively. "You don't care about all that. Sorry. To the business at hand, summoning the fox gaffling, Ylvis."
Zoe closed her eyes and inhaled deeply as she worked to pierce the gauntlet first, which proved easy enough here at the caern. She then reached out through the penumbra, requesting the presence of the desired spirit. Zoe's eyes popped open and she sighed heavily.
"There. That should do it. The spirit should be here within the quarter hour."
Turning to Kefka, Zoe's eyes grow serious. "Though gafflings are at the bottom of the spiritual totem pole, so to speak, they still deserve your respect and courtesy. No spirit is required to teach you anything, even if you are Garou, and the spirit may require something of you in return."
Zoe smiled at Kefka. "Despite your initial impression, you're not an idiot. You probably won't mess this up." She winked and walked off across the clearing. A few feet away she turned and added, "Call me if you need me."
