Testing limits Empty

After meeting with the White Ash leadership, Zas mind churned over the days coming ahead. His mind was lost as he considered several of the more likely outcomes of what would likely happen if the pack lingered at the caern for too long.

These thoughts clashed with his other ongoing mental revelry of what had occurred with Hanging maw. The words and inquiries of the pack Galliard still reverberating within him as well.

The Silent Strider shook his head in an effort to try and loosen up and focus. It was as he looked up again he caught a glimpse of the Prodigal's Ragabash. He made his way over to join his friend as he began, "I think I've unintentionally been taking a lot for granted. I hadn't realized just how much each member of our pack now has to consider before acting.

Our recent excursions have had us all on edge, maybe some time away from things could offer some clarity. Don't you agree?"

Kefka looked at Zas and scoffed.

"Clarity or not... We have to get away. I think that was the nicest exile we could have asked for."

He takes a swig from his flask.

"An exile under the pretense of "choice". It's a brilliant move."

Mocks sighs.

"At least it's temporary if the curse is removable. If the curse is not removable... Y'all can join the nation and I'll live my life in solitude."

Zas shakes his head in agreement, "Yes-things could certainly have gone worse. I am beginning to feel that that should be our pack motto."

He considers for a moment before adding, "While I commend your willingness to sacrifice your place in the garou community, I am not so sure that that would be the best move for you or for the nations. Having you alone and isolated while still having the capability of destroying the barrier between worlds, leaves you as a tempting target for the enemy."

He pauses, "You sitting out on the possible end of the world is something both the garou nation and the pure cannot live with...and from what I know of your ancestors, neither could they."

As an added thought he mentions, "Besides, we all have a need to go west. The redemption of Bat is not yet done, and getting to see Ebony again also wouldn't be terrible. We also happen to have a self proclaimed angel who owes us a favor out west. I don't know much about them, but I've been told Angels help people in need."

He smirks, "Things could certainly be worse."
